away Wednesday, May 21, 2014, at Forsyth Medical Center, Winston-Salem, N.C. He
was born Oct. 15, 1931, at Independence to the late Paul Hash and Carrie Ruth
Osborne. Survivors include his wife, Wanda.&nbsp;</p>
