<p>Pastor of Friendship PB Church from 1965 until Wayne Peters' pastorate.</p><p>He was married to Lena Mae Peters Howell for 66 years.</p><p>Elder Ralph Bertel Howell was a lifelong resident of North Georgia and had been a pastor of Friendship Primitive Baptist Church for 28 years.</p><p>Brother Ralph passed 95, June 17, 2007, Sunday, at his residence.</p>
